• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload

AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by our curriculum design tools belongs to you
• Content generated by our complement tools belongs to GoodEd.ai
• All AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties

Third-Party Content

• Content from our partners is subject to their respective licenses
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable licenses
• We do not endorse or guarantee third-party content

Our Property

All aspects of the Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your content), are owned by CommonGood LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. AI Services

Use of AI

• Our Service includes AI-powered features for educational content generation
• AI features are designed to assist, not replace, educator expertise
• We implement safety measures and content filters

AI Limitations

• AI-generated content may contain errors
• You should review all AI-generated content before use

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
